Pre-construction Planning / Design
Pre-construction planning stage involves defining the project, identifying potential issues, and analysis of the job's needs. Also referred to as the design phase, pre-construction gives owners a full understanding of the project's cost, scope, and schedule. The project’s success will often be dependent on this phase before a single nail is driven or brick is laid.

Venture Engineering helps owners navigate the challenges of getting plans permitted with all relevant regulatory agency's required approvals before a project can begin construction.

ABOUT
Venture Engineering was founded in 2006 by John Munson, P.E.. The company is native of the Reno-Sparks area with more than 30 years of extensive experience in the planning, design, and management of land development. Venture Engineering has completed a variety of projects across Northern Nevada while providing professional services to Architects, Developers, Home Builders and General Contractors, as well as many private individuals and businesses. The company provides services that encompass all phases of project development from initial site investigation, preliminary design and entitlement to final design, permitting and construction.
